Roy Kramer, Executive Director of Central SC Habitat for Humanity, stepped down from the organization he joined in 1994. During his 27-year career, Kramer led the organization in building over 200 homes for families and individuals in the Midlands.

In addition, Roy helped the organization evolve from strictly building affordable housing to reclaiming entire neighborhoods one block at a time through home repairs and new construction as a Habitat Neighborhood Revitalization affiliate.

“Under Roy Kramer’s leadership, we’ve grown both in size and in the services we offer. We are very thankful for his service,” said Rania Jamison, president of the Central SC Habitat Board of Directors. “Helping people in the Midlands move into safe, affordable homes is a lasting part of Roy’s legacy. As a thriving organization, we look forward to building on that foundation as we continue to grow and expand our partnerships in Richland, Lexington and Fairfield Counties, making affordable homeownership a reality.”
