Kristian Cross, Andrew Dennis join Nexsen Pruet as associates in Columbia

COLUMBIA, SC – November 13, 2007 — Kristian Cross and Andrew Dennis have joined the Columbia office of Nexsen Pruet as associates, and will work in the business litigation and corporate departments, respectively.

Cross earned her undergraduate degree from Clemson and her law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. In law school, she was heavily involved in several organizations, including Women in Law, Black Law Students’ Association, and Law Advocates, and served as the Student Bar Association secretary.

As a summer associate with Nexsen Pruet, she managed research and helped compose various types of legal documents.

Dennis earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Previously, he served as summer associate for Nexsen Pruet, drafting legal memoranda and amicus briefs, and researching employment-related issues.  His background also includes work in liability cases and construction.

Additionally, he served as a student law clerk at Santee Cooper, assisting with research, employment, and small claims matters.
