Lakeside Lodge Clemson welcomes David Slevin as General Manager for signature restaurant

Lakeside Lodge Clemson announced that David Slevin has been named general manager of the property’s food and beverage programs. In his new role, Slevin will oversee the soon-to-be-announced on-site restaurant and catering operations for events hosted at Lakeside Lodge Clemson.

Slevin brings more than 15 years of experience to Lakeside Lodge Clemson. In his previous role, he served as the general manager of The Lighthouse on Lake Keowee. Slevin is a graduate of Clemson University where he played on the top-ranked Tigers baseball team before signing a contract with the New York Yankees and playing in the minor league system. He now resides in Seneca with his wife, Elizabeth and their daughter, Harper.

Lakeside Lodge Clemson is Clemson’s first luxury condo hotel. The project will feature 118 residences with a mix of studio, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom condos on Lake Hartwell. Amenities will include a signature restaurant, a pool and hot tub, walking paths, fire pit, football field, outdoor tailgating areas, event and meeting space and fitness facilities. The condo hotel will offer modified hotel services such as housekeeping and maintenance, so owners can enjoy time at their residences without the hassle of upkeep.
