Land sells in Summerville for development of a light industrial park

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 16 acres of mixed-use land on Jedburg Road in Summerville, South Carolina.
Citimark Pure Commercial, LLC purchased the acreage from Tammy Crenshaw for $800,000 and plans to develop a light industrial park.
Philip Owens of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
