GREENVILLE, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of approximately 16.34 acres of multi-family land situated in the Montebello community along Montebello Road in Greenville, South Carolina, just above North Pleasantburg Drive.
Paul Burket purchased the land from Wells Fargo Bank, NA for $350,000 as an investment property for future development.
