Larkspur Pointe expands luxurious housing options with Phase II

A Greenville-based developer purchased 6.7 acres from Immanuel Lutheran Church to expand the existing Larkspur Pointe apartment community located in the Five Forks area on Woodruff Road. Stephen T. Mack, president of STM Acquisition & Development, Inc. is developing the parcel of land to expand the multi-family complex.
The $14 million project, which will add another 96 units to the property, will yield much needed housing options as the area continues to bear witness to rapid growth. “We have been very successful identifying secondary markets throughout the Southeast that have not addressed the demand for multifamily housing,” stated Mack. “The explosion of growth experienced in the Five Forks area, both commercially and residentially, has contributed to this market recognition as one of the most dynamic in the state.” Phase II is gaining attention with 70 individuals currently on the waiting list.
STM Acquisition & Development, Inc. is purchasing the land from Immanuel Lutheran Church, located on Woodruff Road in Simpsonville, South Carolina. This transaction provides welcome support and funding for the parish as it plans an expansion of the church’s current campus.
Pastor Jeff VanOsdol stated, “Immanuel is blessed that our partnership with STM will provide resources to aid us in our mission of connecting people with Jesus, and we look forward to welcoming new neighbors to our Five Forks community.”
Mack anticipates a Summer 2024 completion date for Phase II.
