Laurens County Chamber President Participating in Leadership Program
December 9, 2021Laurens County President/CEO, Amanda Munyan recently completed her first year at the Institute for Organization Management (IOM), a four-year nonprofit leadership training program at the Centennial Institute in Athens, GA.
“Institute was an amazing experience,” said Munyan. “I am very thankful for the opportunity to learn from experts in various industries, as I continue to develop the knowledge and skills needed to help our Chamber be a very successful organization.”
IOM is a professional development program of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. “Institute graduates are recognized across the country as leaders in their industries and organizations,” said Raymond P. Towle, IOM, CAE, the U.S. Chamber Foundation’s vice president of Institute for Organization Management. “These individuals have the knowledge, skills, and dedication necessary to achieve professional and organizational success in the dynamic association and chamber industries.”
