The Laurens County Republican Party hosted a Delegation Night on Monday, October 16th, at 6:30 pm. The event took place at The Ridge of Laurens, where constituents of Laurens County eagerly filled the room to collaborate with local representatives.
The event was a great opportunity for constituents, as it gave them an opportunity to voice personal issues to the delegation including Senator Danny Verdin, along with Representative Doug Gilliam, Representative Mark Willis, Representative Stewart Jones, Representative John McCravy, and Representative Craig Gagnun.
“It was an honor for all of us to participate in Delegation Night and engage with our constituents. This event provided us with a valuable opportunity to share updates on the work we are doing, address the concerns of our constituents, and answer their questions directly,” said Representative Stewart Jones. “It’s crucial to maintain this open dialogue, and we are committed to representing the interests of Laurens County to the best of our ability.”
Before the panel discussion began, attendees had the opportunity to mingle with the delegation and members in the community. Many questions were submitted in advance and Republican Party chairman, Luke Rankin, selected individuals to ask questions their questions. The panel discussion and constituent Q&A led to deeper insight into the collective vision of the delegation.
“Laurens County Delegation Night was an incredible success, with a remarkable turnout of engaged constituents.
