Laurens County Safe Home Annual Luncheon Fundraiser
January 27, 2025The Laurens County Safe Home invites the community to its Annual Luncheon Fundraiser, “Bring One, Wear One,” on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the Broad Street United Methodist Church Family Life Center in Clinton, SC. Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. for a silent auction.
This year’s event will feature special guest speaker Janine Latus, a celebrated writer, teacher, and survivor of domestic violence and sexual assault. Known for her powerful storytelling and compassionate advocacy, Ms. Latus is dedicated to raising awareness and helping individuals navigate their own healing journeys.
Tickets for the luncheon are $30. To reserve a seat or sponsor a table, please email [email protected] or call 864-715-5002. All attendees are encouraged to bring a new, unused undergarment to support those in need. Please note that tickets must be purchased in advance to attend the event.
In addition to the luncheon, sponsorship opportunities are available, with proceeds benefiting the Laurens County Safe Home’s mission to support survivors and end domestic violence. Sponsorships also include recognition at the upcoming Safe Home Walk/Run to End Domestic Violence scheduled for March 1st.

Proceeds from both events will benefit the Laurens County Safe Home, a United Way agency dedicated to providing safety, support, and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence in Laurens County.
