Laurens Police Department Seeks Public Support for K-9 Grant
May 29, 2023The Laurens Police Department has applied for a K-9 grant through Aftermath and they need the community to help with voting.
“We do not have the funding available to advance our K-9 program without donations from the community or grants,” said Chief Keith Grounsell. “We ask the community to unite behind us and go online to vote up to 3 times per day to assist us in being awarded a grant to support our k-9 program”, said Chief Grounsell
Each individual can vote up to three times in a 24 hour period on the following platforms:
Once online (www.aftermath.com/k9-grant)
Once on Instagram (@AftermathK9Grant)
Once on Facebook (@AftermathCares)
When voting through the Aftermath website, click on the South Carolina. Then manually find Laurens Police Department in the drop down screen OR type “Laurens Police Department in the search bar. The click the blue bar at the bottom to submit your vote. When voting through Facebook or Instagram, go to the daily post, like it, and comment “Laurens Police Department, Laurens, South Carolina”.
Again, everyone can vote up to three times a day. Voting closes June 5.
