Laurens Teen Wins Evening Gown/Onstage Question in Preliminary of Miss South Carolina Teen Pageant

The Miss South Carolina and Miss South Carolina Teen pageants preliminary competition began on Tuesday, June 21st at the Township Auditorium in Columbia.
For the two pageants, a total of four preliminary competitions were completed and one of the winners was Bayley Burns, Miss Powdersville Teen who is a resident of Laurens and attends Laurens District High School.
The list of first night preliminary competition winners and the categories include:
Miss South Carolina:
- Talent – Miss Inman, Maria Julianne Phillips
- Red Carpet/Social Impact – Miss Florence, Berkley Bryant
Miss South Carolina Teen:
- Talent– Miss Greenville County Teen, Abigail Kate Fowler
- Evening Gown/Onstage Question – Miss Powdersville, Bayley Burns
Both pageants continue with two more nights of preliminary competition on Wednesday, June 22, and Thursday, June 23, at 7 p.m. The preliminary competition can be viewed via live stream by clicking HERE.
The new Miss South Carolina Teen will be crowned on Friday night. The final competition starts at 6 pm.
Miss South Carolina final competition will air on Fox TV this Saturday, June 25 beginning at 8 pm.
