LCK’s Wes Slice Appointed to the Board of Midlands Fatherhood Coalition

COLUMBIA, SC – Wes Slice has recently been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for the Midlands Fatherhood Coalition.

Founded in 1998, the Midlands Fatherhood Coalition (MFC) is the only non-profit organization in the Midlands focused on providing programs and assistance for Fathers in the areas of family relations, healthy parenting, and gaining and maintaining stable employment. MFC is a part of a statewide network of fatherhood programs which collectively serve more than 1,200 fathers annually through the coordination efforts of the South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families.

Slice is a Project Manager with LCK and has recently led several high profile development projects to completion including AllSouth Federal Credit Union’s new corporate headquarters at the corner of Elmwood Avenue and Gadsden Street, Transitions, a transitional housing facility for the homeless, and USC’s Development Foundation offices, in Columbia, South Carolina.
