Leadership Greenville Selects David Anna for Class 40

GREENVILLE, SC – August 5, 2013 – Wyche attorney David Anna has been selected for Leadership Greenville, Class 40.  Leadership Greenville is a program designed and facilitated by the Greenville Chamber of Commerce to develop informed, committed, and qualified leaders for Greenville County.  Participants are selected based upon their involvement in the community and their ability to achieve high personal goals.

Mr. Anna focuses his practice on corporate, transactional, and securities law.  He has substantial experience in strategic and financial acquisition and sale transactions, and advises buyers and sellers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting business acquisitions and divestitures.  He regularly represents public company clients with public company reporting and securities law matters.  Mr. Anna also serves on the Fall for Greenville Board of Trustees, and is a member of the Vivace Society, Greenville PULSE, and the South Carolina Medical Group Management Association.

Prior to joining Wyche, Mr. Anna was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP and Jenner & Block LLP in Chicago.  He is a summa cum laude graduate of Bradley University. He earned his law degree from Wake Forest University where he served as an Editorial Staff Member of the Wake Forest Law Review and received the CALI Award in Securities Regulation.
