Lean-Agile product certification

Irmo-based Evanetics announces that founder, Gary K Evans, has attained certification as a SAFe 4 Program Consultant (SPC4). He has been assisting companies nationwide in Lean-Agile, enterprise organizational tranformation for two decades in multiple industries, including commercial software, Point of Sale systems, medical devices, banking, insurance, and manufacturing.
“The benefit of the SAFe framework is its foundation on lean principles coupled with the practices of Agile product development to minimize or eliminate waste, and provide continual visibility into the true state of the product,” according to Evans.
“The greatest challenge in organizational transformation is how to redirect the existing culture. Culture cannot be changed directly, but culture will follow as other changes are made in strategic areas of a company. Knowing which of these areas to address is as much art as science.”
