Lee & Associates Charleston celebrates three new CCIM graduates

Lee & Associates now has eight CCIM Members
Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in North America, announced today, three of its associates in the Charleston office earned their Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation after successfully completing the Institute’s prerequisites and comprehensive exam. The designation is a coveted credential that represents proven expertise in commercial real estate investment analysis.
The three graduates, Lindsey Halter, CCIM, John Kincaid, CCIM and Cameron Yost, CCIM, bring the company total to eight CCIM members; one of the highest in the Charleston Tri-County area. The CCIM Institute consists of courses taught by instructors who are industry leaders, delivering commercial real estate investment methodologies and tools that pave the pathway between opportunity and success.
On Friday, August 21st, the three new CCIM members were pinned by Lee & Associates’ Retail Services Director, John Orr, CCIM, who served as the President of the South Carolina CCIM Chapter in 2019 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of CCIM Institute.
