Ryan Welch & Reid Davis represented the Seller, Kenneth Lazer & Jeff Thomases, in the sale of 67,300 SF industrial building located at 31 Plowden Mill Road in Sumter, South Carolina for $400,000. The Buyer, 31 Plowden Mill, LLC, was represented by Lee Allen with Jones Lang LaSalle.
