CHARLESTON, SC – August 10, 2012 – Ryan Welch and Thomas G. Buist, Jr., SIOR of Lee & Associates represented the Landlord, L’Wood Associates, in the lease of 1,600 SF of flex space located at 4365 Dorchester Road to Merrill Benfield Designs. Ryan Welch of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
