Lee & Associates to add another CCIM designation to Upstate team

Commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates Greenville-Spartanburg announces that Darath Mackie, an associate broker with more than twenty years of sales and business development experience, is pursuing the highly regarded CCIM designation in the coming months.
Awarded by the CCIM Institute, the Certified Commercial Investment Manager title is a major achievement for commercial investment professionals. Completion of the program requires in-depth knowledge of the industry as well as thorough study of negotiation, financials, market analysis and more. The program culminates in a rigorous final exam, along with a portfolio of qualifying experience.

Mackie was responsible for several significant property transactions in 2020, including the new corporate office for Redemption East and negotiating a 9,000 square foot lease for Turning Point Church. Upon completion of her CCIM designation, she will join an exclusive community of fellow commercial real estate professionals who have also achieved CCIM recognition. In 2020, the Lee & Associates network was recognized in the top 10 of North American firms holding the most CCIM Institute designees.
