Lee McMinn of Greenville Technical College wins Catalyst Award

Lee McMinn of Greenville Technical College has been named winner of a 2023 Catalyst Award for Leading Change. This award recognizes institutions at the forefront of educational innovation, those who have used Anthology solutions to implement transformational initiatives that generate change on campus and in their academic ecosystems, with measurable results.

The Catalyst Awards recognize and honor innovation and excellence within Anthology’s global community, where millions of educators and learners work every day to redefine what is possible when leveraging technology. Winners are recognized across nine categories as selected by a cross-functional team of Anthology experts and represent the very best in their field.

McMinn has been instrumental in Greenville Technical College’s implementation and adoption of Blackboard Ultra Course View. He held workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one meetings with faculty across the college to assist in the move to Ultra. He has been actively involved in the Blackboard community, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings with the product design team. McMinn played a critical role in the successful rollout at GTC with strong results in student success. Lee has also played an integral role in providing monthly updates as new features in Ultra are released.
