LeFever elected to Presbyterian College Alumni board

Grant Burnette LeFever, an attorney with Burnette Shutt & McDaniel, has been elected to the Presbyterian College Alumni Board of Directors.

The board works to promote relationships among alumni and connections to the college.

LeFever graduated with honors from Presbyterian in 2013 with degrees in English and history. She went on to earn a master’s degree in Southern Studies from the University of Mississippi, completing the degree as she attended the University of South Carolina School of Law.

In addition to her work with the Alumni Board of Directors, LeFever also is service chair for the college’s Midlands Alumni Chapter.

A lifelong Columbia resident, LeFever focuses her legal practice on employment, family and education law. She represents clients in a range of civil rights and discrimination issues.
