Lennar Adds Experienced New Home Counselors Monica Hatch and Laura Curley to Staff

CHARLESTON, SC – August 15, 2012 – Helping people choose their home is a personal and intensive process. To make the process less stressful for new home buyers, Lennar hires experienced, professional New Home Counselors. Recently, Lennar has added Monica Hatch and Laura Curley, two experienced individuals, to their team of New Home Counselors. Monica Hatch will be assisting new home buyers at Wentworth Hall. Laura Curley will be assisting buyers at Fairmont South and The Abbey at Spring Grove Plantation and will later be located at Spencer Creek Woods.

Monica Hatch previously worked with Anderson Homes, Ryland Homes, Brentwood Homes, and Agent Owned Realty. She is a graduate of Trident Technical College and resides on Johns Island.

Mt. Pleasant resident Laura Curley has lived in the Charleston area more than ten years. During her career, she has worked for Ryland Homes, Century 21 Properties Plus and Verizon. Over her years in sales she’s been a top sales agent. Curley is “excited to have been selected to join the Lennar Charleston team.” She added, “I look forward to selling such a high quality product and providing excellent customer service to our home buyers.”

Wentworth Hall is located in Summerville at 247 Berwick Drive. Fairmont South is located in Moncks Corner at 305 Bracken Fern Road. Also in Moncks Corner is The Abbey at Spring Grove Plantation which is located 201 Maywood Drive. Spencer Creek Woods is in Ladson at 3761 Ladson Road.
