Lennar Coastal Carolinas announces what’s new in 2016

January 30, 2016

Lennar, the nation’s only A+ homebuilder according to Builder Magazine, is ringing in 2016 with new communities in three of the Lowcountry’s most desirable areas. With the Charleston-area recently recognized as No. 2 on Trulia’s “Top 10 Hottest Real Estate Markets To Watch”, each of Lennar’s new neighborhoods will feature Lennar’s Everything’s Included ® program, making home buying easier than ever before.

“We’re glad to have seen 30% growth in the Charleston market and our division has continued to hire new associates,” shares Jason Byham, the Lennar Coastal Carolinas division president. “With several new communities already scheduled to open in the Lowcountry’s most up-and-coming areas, we’re poised to make 2016 a banner year and help hundreds more families find the home of their dreams.”

New communities in 2016 include:

Hamlin Oaks: Mount Pleasant, S.C.
Located just minutes from Isle of Palms and area beaches, Hamlin Oaks is set for pre-sales in fall of 2016 and will feature 15 private homesites with many grand oaks. These homes will be elevated with garages underneath and will have luxurious included features.

The Colony: Pawley’s Island, S.C.
With pre-sales starting in February, The Colony is a private community located just off Pawley’s Island and is set for 49 estate-sized, premium homesites which will back up to wetlands or natural wooded surroundings. The community will feature four of Lennar’s best-selling floorplans and homes will start in the high $200s.

Twin Oaks: Murrells Inlet, S.C.
Pre-sales will begin later this year. Twin Oaks will feature a beautiful setting with grand oaks along with some of Lennar’s most popular floorplans in Myrtle Beach. The community will also include an amenity center with pool, cabana, picnic area and community garden.

In addition, Lennar will begin selling townhomes in its popular Emmens Preserve community located in Myrtle Beach. These new townhomes will feature master suites on the first level and many desired Everything’s Included ® features.

Lennar’s Everything’s Included? approach provides homebuyers with more than a dozen luxury finishes and upgrades all at no additional expense. From the ceiling to the countertops to the floor, the Everything’s Included ® program comprises thousands of dollars of high-end finishes at the best possible value in the bottom-line price.
