Colliers | South Carolina welcomed Leroy Wamble as a Market Analyst. Wamble will support market data and research initiatives for Colliers’ Charleston office.
Wamble’s responsibilities include delivering accurate, high-quality market research and insights on overall market conditions, maintaining research databases, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable intelligence to brokerage and marketing teams.

Prior to joining Colliers, Wamble attended the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in business administration. He was also involved in the University Finance Society and Operation Smile. Additionally, he studied abroad in Austria and completed a brokerage internship in Charlotte, North Carolina.
