Lexington Health to host drug take back day Saturday

The public is invited to drop off unused prescription drugs for free, safe disposal
Lexington Health will participate in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day on Saturday, April 25. The public can drive through the location to drop off unused or expired prescriptions and over the counter medications from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Community members can anonymously drop off medication at Lexington Medical Park 3 on the main hospital campus in West Columbia at 222 East Medical Lane.
Safely and properly disposing of medications helps to keep families and our community safe by preventing accidental poisoning, misuse, and overdose.
Pills, liquids in containers, and patches will be accepted. Needles are not accepted. ###
