Life Cycle Institute introduces online Root Cause Analysis training

Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) announced the launch of eRCA, an online Root Cause Analysis (RCA) training course, through its education entity, Life Cycle Institute. RCA is a problem-solving methodology for preventing recurring failures, losses, and downtime. It is commonly used in industrial and manufacturing settings to improve operating performance.

eRCA is a primary training tool to help reliability and maintenance teams take a holistic, program approach to solve problems and prevent recurring failures. The course introduces an RCA program model that helps teams classify problems, select the appropriate root cause analysis tools, facilitate RCA events, validate countermeasures and communicate benefits from solving problems and preventing recurring failures.
