Lincoln Harris Brokers Triad Engineering’s 2,000-Square-Foot Lease in Charleston

CHARLESTON, SC – Mike Ferrer, CCIM, and John Nash of Lincoln Harris’ Charleston office have arranged a 2,000-square-foot lease for Triad Engineering at 480 Jessen Lane in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. The property is located near the Port of Charleston.
“The industrial market has been vibrant around the Port of Charleston,” Ferrer said. “We anticipate strong leasing activity during the next several quarters.”
John Elliott of JLL represented the landlord, Brantley Construction Co. The space includes 1,000 square feet of office space and 1,000 square feet of flex space.
