Littler Mendelson adds New Associate to Columbia, SC Office

COLUMBIA, SC – September 24, 2012 – Littler announces that new Associate, Kiosha Dickey, has joined the Columbia, SC, office. 

Kiosha H. Dickey focuses her practice on employment law and employment discrimination litigation. Kiosha represents employers under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, The Americans with Disabilities Act, The Age Discrimination in Employment Act, The Family and Medical Leave Act, and South Carolina employment-related laws. She defends clients in employment-related matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. 

Prior to joining Littler, Kiosha was an associate at a local law firm where she practiced employment and education law. Immediately after law school, she clerked for the Honorable J. Michelle Childs (former South Carolina Circuit Court Judge, Fifth Judicial Circuit, and current U.S. Federal District Court Judge for South Carolina).

While in law school, Kiosha was an active member of the Black Law Students Association and managing editor of the Journal of Law and Education.
