Local Palate Magazine Leases Space on Upper King

CHARLESTON, SC – March 15, 2012 – Buddy Bebergal and Kit Regnery of CarolinaCommercial announced today that they have leased 3,600 SF of the upperfloors of the Bluestein Building at 496 King Street to PeninsulaPublishing, producers of Charleston’s newest magazine, The Local Palate. The lease is for one year with an option to renew. The Local Palate staff was previously at 38 Broad Street.
