Local Red Cross to Benefit from Greer State Bank Social Media Campaign

Local Red Cross will receive $2 for each “Like” Greer State Bank receives on its Facebook page
GREER, SC – Greer State Bank launches social media campaign to raise funds for the Local American Red Cross of the Western Carolinas in its mission to serve residents of upstate South Carolina.
“In light of the recent flooding and residential fires, Greer State Bank decided to partner with the American Red Cross in an effort to raise money for our community,” said Melody Owens, Public Relations Manager of Greer State Bank. “We will donate $2 to the Local Red Cross for every ‘Like’ we receive on our Facebook page during the month of September. During this campaign, any money raised will go toward Greer specific disasters. We are hopeful this will encourage our local business community to take up this challenge as well,” Owens added.
