September 16, 2019

Trinity Partners’ brokerage team, Roger Winn, SIOR and Braden Shockley represented TPM with their recent acquisition of 2510 N. Main Street in Columbia, South Carolina.

Located along Columbia’s revitalized North Main Street, TPM will be vacating their 1241 Assembly Street location to join the inflow of establishments relocating to the historic community known as the NOMA district by local developers and owners.

Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, TPM is the Southeast’s local one‐stop shop for engineering, design solutions, graphics and document management. “TPM’s move to North Main is a testament to the draw of the corridor’s new atmosphere. The area is affordable, accessible to the Central Business District and transforming its amenities and business offerings for its residential and commercial neighbors” said Winn, Partner at Trinity Partners.

TPM purchased 2510 N. Main for $550,000 from NOMA Revival LLC and plans to complete its relocation by spring of 2020. Their current location at 1241 Assembly Street has made its debut on the market and is already generating interest as a unique offering in a tight downtown market.
