Lourie Center offers water aerobics at Maxcy Gregg Pool

The Lourie Center is offering a summer water aerobics program for adults, in cooperation with Maxcy Gregg Pool. Classes begin Tuesday May 28 and will continue all summer through the month of September.
9 am classes include either Shallow Water Aerobics, a low-impact cardio class using resistance based-strength training, or Aqua Zumba, an invigorating low-impact program that blends cardio and toning to upbeat music. Aqua shoes are recommended. Classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. All levels of fitness are welcome to this class.
10 am Deep Water Aerobics classes provide a more intensive cardio and strength workout in the deep end of the pool. Personal Aqua Belt is required. Classes meet Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
The Full Membership and Water Aerobics Program Fee total $45/month and include unlimited water classes for all adults. Saturday classes are open to non-members for $4 per visit.
