Lowcountry Food Bank Foundation makes a donation in honor of Hunger Action Month

Lowcountry Food Bank Foundation (LCFBF)(opens in new tab) is thrilled to announce a donation to Lowcountry Food Bank.(opens in new tab) This gift of $75,000 will be used where the Food Bank needs it most to support feeding programs, equipment purchases, special projects, agency expansions and additional initiatives that help grow the work of Lowcountry Food Bank.
We are thrilled to celebrate Hunger Action Month in September with our fifth annual and largest donation to date,” said Steve Swanson, Board Chair of Lowcountry Food Bank Foundation. “This milestone investment provides vital resources to help the Lowcountry Food Bank feed our neighbors. We are deeply grateful to our supporters, whose generosity makes this contribution possible.”
