LS3P celebrates David Anderson’s promotion

LS3P, an architecture, interiors, and planning firm, is pleased to announce David Anderson, AIA has been promoted to the role of Operations and Finance Manager (OFM) for the Columbia office. Anderson, a Principal, Senior Project Manager, and Healthcare Sector Leader for Columbia, has over 30 years’ experience specializing in a broad range of projects from healthcare and civic, to higher education and K-12 facilities. Teaming with Allen Taylor, now Columbia’s Office Leader, together they have been instrumental in growing the office and now they will lead the dynamic team into future continued success.
As Taylor has shared, “Our team is so excited to have David take on the OFM role for our Columbia office. He exemplifies our LS3P Vision, Mission, and Values, and has been an integral part of our Columbia office management team. David brings a wealth of business acumen with strong project and people management to the role. I look forward to collaborating with David to drive and support our office culture.”
Moving into exciting new office space near the end of 2024, this office for LS3P is entering into its 21st year in the Columbia area serving clients throughout the Midlands. Projects in which Anderson has played a major role include multiple Lexington Medical Center facilities, the new Graduate Medical Education Building I, GME II – USC’s College of Nursing, Richland County Public Safety Complex, the City of Columbia’s new Law Enforcement Center and the Fireflies Segra Park Stadium (in association with Populous).
