LS3P’s Columbia office recognizes outstanding team members

LS3P congratulates three Columbia team members who were recently recognized for exemplary efforts.
Columbia K-12 Sector Leader | Senior Project Manager Jimmy Wilhide, AIA, was elevated to an Associate Principal. Since joining LS3P in 2023, Wilhide has developed a diverse portfolio of designs for education, including recent projects for Rock Hill School District 3, Florence Public School District 1, Richland County School District 1, and Fort Mill School District.

Practice Professional Carley Downs, Assoc. AIA, and Interior Designer Samantha McElroy were recognized as Associates with the firm. Downs, who joined LS3P in 2019, brings a broad portfolio of designs for education, commercial, and civic clients across the region. Joining LS3P in 2022, McElroy has a keen eye for education and healthcare environments, contributing to a multitude of projects across the Midlands.
Recognitions were announced at LS3P’s annual meeting on May 1, 2025, which is held each year in May to celebrate the anniversary of its founding.
