LS3P’s Kristie Nicoloff accepted into Leadership Greenville 49th class

LS3P’s Senior Associate Kristie Nicoloff, NCIDQ, IIDA, ASID, was accepted into the 49th class of the Greenville Chamber’s Leadership Greenville. The participants go through an intensive application process based on essays, professional resumes, and community involvements. During a 10-month program, Leadership Greenville provides guidance for class participants to develop leadership qualities and by offering a look into the issues and needs of the surrounding areas of Greenville County.

Nicoloff, an award-winning, nationally accredited designer with over 26 years of healthcare experience in interior design and facility project management, serves as Operations and Finance Manager and Healthcare Sector Leader for the Greenville office. Nicoloff’s previous professional experience includes project management and design while working as a Senior Project Manager and Space Planner at major healthcare systems in Asheville, NC and Greenville, SC; she has also worked as an interior designer at firms in North Carolina and Illinois.

Nicoloff earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture with emphasis in Design from Northern Illinois University. She is actively engaged in community and professional service as a member of CREW serving on the Events Committee, the ASID IMPACT Review Task Force, the South Carolina Chapter of Women in Healthcare as Membership Chair, and the IIDA Carolinas Chapter. She has served on the Board of Directors in various roles at the Vice President level for 10 years and volunteered with multiple Upstate universities as an adviser for program accreditation review and in student reviews. Nicoloff has been active in promoting licensure for her profession through legislation at the state level, in both North and South Carolina, and is an avid supporter of the Girl Scouts of America, having served at the local troop level and the Service Unit level for the past decade.
