October 19, 2026New regional office in Columbia strengthens Luck Companies’ presence in South Carolina and supports continued growth across the Southeast.
Luck Companies has opened a new regional office in Columbia’s BullStreet District, expanding the company’s presence in South Carolina and creating a home base to support its continued growth across the state and Southeast.
Located at 2046 Talley Street, the 3,400-square-foot office provides a home base for associates in the region, with the flexibility to evolve alongside the company’s continued growth in South Carolina. The space also gives teams across the region a place to collaborate, meet with customers and partners, host visitors, and participate in trainings. The new office reflects Luck Companies’ continued investment in the markets and communities it serves.
The opening represents the latest investment in Luck Companies’ Southeast operations. Today, the company has 32 operating sites from Northern Virginia to Atlanta. In South Carolina, Luck Stone operates facilities in Kershaw, Fairfield, and Spartanburg counties, with additional sites permitted for development in Chester, Edgefield, Saluda, and Cherokee counties.
“Luck Companies’ decision to establish its new regional office at BullStreet speaks to the momentum we’re seeing across the district,” said Chandler Cox, Director of Commercial Development at Hughes Development Corporation, the BullStreet District’s master developer. “BullStreet was designed to bring together businesses, residents and visitors in a connected, thriving part of downtown Columbia, and we’re excited to welcome a company that is investing in our city’s long-term growth.”
As Luck Companies continues to grow its presence in South Carolina, the Columbia office will serve as a hub for regional collaboration, helping connect associates, customers, partners, vendors and communities across the state and throughout the Southeast.
