Lyons Industrial Properties represents Rudolph Logistics in a 95,000 SF lease in Duncan, SC

Lyons Industrial Properties announced the successful lease of approximately 95,000 square feet of Class A industrial space to Rudolph Logistics Group at 1061 Duncan-Reidville Road, a premier multi-tenant industrial facility in Duncan, South Carolina.
Bobby Lyons, CCIM, SIOR, and Luke Lyons of Lyons Industrial Properties represented Rudolph Logistics Group in the five-year lease transaction, which marks a significant expansion for the company in the Upstate South Carolina market.
The site search began in January 2024, and after months of diligent work by both the Lyons and Rudolph teams, the transaction was finalized just weeks ago.
