Madison Roach joins Colliers | South Carolina as Assistant Director of Real Estate Management Services

Colliers | South Carolina announces that Madison Roach has joined the company as Assistant Director of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) for the firm in the Upstate region of South Carolina.
Roach is responsible for management of the delivery of professional REMS services for Colliers’ clients in the Greenville-Spartanburg portfolio of commercial office, retail and industrial properties. In her leadership capacity, Roach provides strategic planning and process oversight of the REMS team and collaborates with Colliers’ Greenville and Spartanburg brokerage colleagues to enhance the REMS platform in the region and beyond. Her extensive background in property management enables her to also make a significant contribution as a member of the statewide REMS leadership team.

Prior to joining Colliers, Roach worked for a national commercial real estate firm managing commercial and medical office properties in addition to non-traditional mixed-use/adaptive reuse redevelopment projects. She graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
