Madison Stout joins Colliers |South Carolina as Brokerage Associate in Charleston

Colliers | South Carolina announced Madison Stout as its newest Brokerage Associate in the Charleston office.
Stout initiated her professional journey at Colliers as an intern, acquiring significant knowledge of commercial real estate with a focus on office property brokerage. By joining professional networking groups like CREW Charleston, she was able to further broaden her real estate network and immerse herself in local and regional markets. In her new role as Brokerage Associate, Stout will work on a team with experienced Charleston office broker, Will Ederle, to deliver exceptional service and industry insights to clients. Together they will provide a wide range of services for office landlords and tenants, purchasers and sellers, including property searches and site selection, lease and sales negotiations and portfolio management.

Stout is from Massachusetts and a graduate of the College of Charleston, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance.
