Magnolia discounts cut admission in half and offer free memberships

Magnolia Plantation and Gardens has two special discounts in January for camellia enthusiasts and families eager to adopt a homeless pet.
Admission has been cut in half until January 31 to Magnolia, which features the only camellia collection in South Carolina designated as a garden of excellence by the International Camellia Society. The reduced admission price is not valid with other discounts.
Until the end of January adopt a pet from the Charleston Animal Society in North Charleston or Pet Helperson James Island to receive a coupon for one free annual family membership to Magnolia. The membership is good for one year after the coupon is redeemed. Limit one coupon per family.
An annual Magnolia membership provides:
- Discounts to the Sunday morning bird walks
- – Ten percent discount on Gift Shop purchases
- – An accompanied guests receive a $1 discount off the general garden admission
- – Free access to the gardens and the Audubon Swamp Garden for one year
