Magnus Development Partners hires Alyse Howard as Marketing Director

Alyse Howard has joined Magnus Development Partners as the firm’s new marketing director. According to the South Carolina-based developer, Howard will focus on the continued expansion of the company’s marketing and public relations initiatives. She comes to Magnus with a strong background in commercial real estate and development. Prior to joining Magnus, she served in a similar role for one of the state’s largest full-service commercial real estate firms.
“Alyse’s market expertise and strong ties to the commercial real estate community, along with her adept knowledge of marketing strategy, make for a winning combination,” said Magnus partner Bill Owen, CCIM. “We are extremely excited to have her on the team.”
Howard is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in public relations.
