Marcos Salgado joins Lyons Industrial Properties as Brokerage Associate

Marcos Salgado has joined Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International as a brokerage associate, supporting clients in the industrial real estate market throughout the Upstate.
A Greenville native, Salgado graduated from Clemson University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Financial Management. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Clemson with a concentration in entrepreneurship and innovation and is expected to complete the program in August 2025.
Salgado began his career at Lyons Industrial Properties and now assists clients by applying market knowledge and financial analysis to commercial real estate strategies. His work focuses on helping businesses identify properties aligned with their operational requirements.
