Margaret-Ann Ashburn earns another real estate designation

Margaret-Ann Ashburn with CARTER Realty in Columbia has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. Earning the designation requires 16 hours of specialized instruction plus ancillary courses and a demonstrated performance working with home sellers.
“I first earned this designation many years ago, but I repeated the updated course recently,” she says. “The world has changed, and it’s always important to stay current when working with clients and customers.”
Ashburn has also earned the Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation, the ePro certification, the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
She is an active Broker with CARTER Realty, an independent, family-owned brokerage in Columbia with 23 agents working in all areas of the South Carolina Midlands.
