April 24, 2013

COLUMBIA, SC – April 24, 2013 – Super Lawyers has selected Marti Bluestein and John Nichols – founding partners of Bluestein, Nichols, Thompson, Delgado (BNTD) – for the 2013 edition of its publication. BNTD’s Allison Sullivan was named by Super Lawyers as 2013 “Rising Star.”

These BNTD attorneys were recognized for their work in the following practice areas:

-Marti Bluestein: Workers Compensation

-John Nichols: Litigation Support & Appeals

-Allison Sullivan: Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiff

“It’s a humbling honor for 3 of our attorneys – a full third of our firm – to be recognized in this way by our peers,” said Marti Bluestein, founding partner. “As a firm, we’re committed to advocating for justice for all South Carolinians, and we strive to provide each client with an individualized solution in a compassionate environment. Hopefully, this kind of service is what earns us appreciation from our clients and recognition from our colleagues.”

Super Lawyers is a rating service of lawyers that covers more than 70 practice areas and includes lawyers based on peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations, and peer evaluations. No more than 5 percent of attorneys in the State are selected for inclusion.

The “Rising Stars” section of Super Lawyers recognizes up-and-coming attorneys in the state — those who are 40 years old or younger, or those who have been practicing for 10 years or less. Allison Sullivan, an Associate at BNTD, was recognized for the first time in this year’s edition. Selection is limited to no more than two and a half percent of eligible attorneys in South Carolina.

“All of us at BNTD work hard to win the admiration of our clients, but it’s nice to also win respect from our peers,” said Allison.
