Mary Winter Teaster joins Colliers International

Veteran commercial real estate leader joins the Colliers Columbia Brokerage team
COLUMBIA, , SC – Colliers International is pleased to announce the addition of Mary Winter Teaster as a Senior Brokerage Associate. She will become a member of the Columbia Office Brokerage team.
Teaster is the former Senior Managing Director and Principal of CBRE/Columbia where she served for the previous 14 years. In addition to her commercial real estate industry leadership, Teaster is well known in the Columbia community and the state of South Carolina for her leadership skills and civic involvement. She is President-Elect of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Midlands Chapter. She is also a member of the Midlands Business Leadership Group (MBLG) and a fifteen-year Board Member of the Mental Illness Recovery Center in Columbia. Teaster is the former chair of the Girl Scouts of South Carolina, Mountains to Midlands and has served on the Columbia Planning Commission. She is a recipient of the Community Impact Award from the United Way and The Women in Industry (TWIN) Award in 2009.
Teaster’s focus will be office brokerage, which will include the sale of office properties and the representation of buyers and tenants in purchasing and leasing office space.
