Mary Winter Teaster of Colliers International negotiates attorney’s new office location in downtown Columbia

Colliers International | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented MIRAKI, LLC. in the lease of approximately 3,500 square feet of office space at 2010 Gadsden Street in downtown Columbia to Benjamin R. Matthews and Associates.
The property had been headquarters to the Marshall Dodds Company, Inc. since 1978. Founded in 1974 by Marshall Dodds, MAI, the company has provided commercial real estate valuations in 39 states.
“I was humbled to have been contacted by Marshall to represent his office building as he has been one of the most prominent commercial appraisers in South Carolina for many years and has solid relationships with many of the commercial brokerage firms. His responsiveness and attitude were extra incentives to find a great tenant for him,” said Mary Winter Teaster, a Senior Brokerage Associate in Colliers’ Columbia office.
Benjamin R. Matthews and Associates’ new home at 2010 Gadsden Street is located near Elmwood Avenue and has professionally appointed interior space and a great floor plan that is fully ADA compliant.

Teaster is a senior Brokerage Associate and members of the Colliers office brokerage team, who specializes in serving and advising local small business property owners, buyers, tenants and landlords.
