Located next to SouthState Bank and MUV Fitness, this Brentwood Drive redevelopment project, purchased by Cason Development Group, will bring 11 townhomes and two professional buildings totaling ±15,000 square feet of Class A retail and office space to serve the local demand for Class A development. The City of Forest Acres anticipates this to be an impressive and positive addition to the area.
“This was a very complex transaction,” Teaster said. “It entailed over three and a half years of hard work, collaboration and neighborhood cooperation to tackle the rezoning, permitting, engineering and planning of this property. I cannot give enough credit to the seller and buyer for complete cooperation of this significant project.”
