Mashburn Construction hires Director of Preconstruction

CHARLESTON, SC – Mashburn Construction is pleased to welcome a new employee to the company:

Carl Ogren joins Mashburn’s Charleston office as a Director of Preconstruction – Charleston Division. Carl recently relocated to Charleston with his family from Charlotte, N.C. where he worked for Bank of America as Vice President – Construction Project Manager responsible for budget pricing for projects requiring financial and capital plan approval. Carl brings to Mashburn over 35 years of experience and total competence of preconstruction processes and budget pricing.
