Mashburn Construction opens Bluffton office as company celebrates 50 years

Mashburn Construction celebrated the opening of its new Bluffton office on Oct. 21 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by local government and community officials, marking a milestone in the company’s 50th year in business.
The Bluffton office is located at The COVE at The Don Ryan Center, 97 Progressive St., and is Mashburn’s fifth office in South Carolina, joining existing offices in Columbia, Charleston, Greenville and Myrtle Beach. The expansion reflects the company’s investment in growing the Lowcountry market and its commitment to serving clients throughout the state.

The Bluffton office also strengthens the company’s ability to pursue construction opportunities throughout the Lowcountry and expand its specialized Upfit Division, which focuses on renovations, tenant improvements, adaptive reuse and interior buildouts.
