Matthew Jepertinger joins Callison Tighe as an associate

Matthew L. Jepertinger, a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law, has joined Callison Tighe & Robinson as an associate. His practice will focus on civil litigation.
Mr. Jepertinger came to the firm more than a year ago, working as a law clerk as he completed his Juris Doctor. In that position, he honed his legal skills as he drafted complaints, motions and other legal documents connected with trial preparation. He also conducted legal research.
He also had served as a summer associate at another Columbia law firm, where he drafted complaints, briefs and memoranda on a range of topics that included real estate transactions.
A graduate of Frances Marion University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing, Mr. Jepertinger worked for two years as a registered nurse in the cardiovascular intensive care unit at a Florence hospital. He’ll turn to his medical experience and training in helping clients in malpractice, workers’ comp and other healthcare-related cases.
A life-long South Carolina resident, Mr. Jepertinger grew up in Florence.
